The Bayside Home Brief (“the Brief,” “we,” “us”) is a personal marketing initiative of Dan Grimes, a Florida-licensed real estate agent affiliated with Corcoran Dwellings. This page describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you sign up for the Brief, we collect:

• Your first name and email address (required).
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional).
• Your stated property criteria — price range, bedroom count, and any must-haves you describe.
• Standard server logs your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, referring page, time of visit), used for site security and traffic analysis.

How we use it

• To send you the weekly Bayside Home Brief email.
• To follow up personally about listings that match your criteria, including occasional calls or texts if you opted in to phone contact.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To improve the Brief and the site.

Who has access

Your information is accessible to Dan Grimes and, where required by brokerage policy or law, to Corcoran Dwellings. We use a small number of service providers (email delivery, spreadsheet hosting) under standard contractual protections. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: every Brief email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Stop texts: reply STOP to any SMS to opt out.
• Delete your data: email dan@corcorandwellings.com and we will remove your record within a reasonable period (subject to any legal retention obligations applicable to real-estate professionals in Florida).

Compliance

We operate consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA). We will not send sales calls or texts without your prior express written consent.

Children

The Brief is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
