Listings referenced in the Brief are sourced from Stellar MLS or, where noted, from off-market relationships. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, all property details (including price, square footage, status, and features) are subject to change without notice and should be independently verified. Listings shown remain the property of their listing brokerage.

Brokerage relationship

The Service is a personal marketing initiative of Dan Grimes and does not establish a brokerage or fiduciary relationship between Corcoran Dwellings and any subscriber. A brokerage relationship requires a separate written agreement.

No guarantee of availability or representation

Subscribing to the Brief does not guarantee that any listed property will remain available, that Dan Grimes will represent you in a transaction, or that any particular result will be achieved.

Discontinuation

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Brief email or by replying STOP to any SMS. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dan Grimes, Corcoran Dwellings, and any related affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough or Pinellas County, Florida.
